The best way to maximize the results of your program is ti set a Schedule to regular work ahead of our live session. Rather than waiting to start from scratch you can come well prepared ready to go deep rather than start from scratch.

Monday - CAL
CAL is your program leader and he will take you through the entire lesson so you have already completed the lesson in one session so now you can get to work on seeing it all within you.
In each simulayed live session you will get the pig picture of what this lesson is about and vefin the process of confronting the critical distinctions nedessary to your transformation.
It imporant to se yhe ull picture of the lesson and where it fits within the training prcess so you can more easily connect the dots on your blindspot machinery and core values.
Listen carefully to each section of the video one at a time.
Take notes as you go so your learning becomes more systematic.
Ask questions of CAL on the lesson a get what he has got.
If you have mre general questions you can go to HAL as your Coach.
Once you complete your work with CAL make sure your week is set.

Tuesday - VAL
VAL as your program guide will work with you to see tthe distinctions of the program not from the outside in but from the inside out - so you see how they apply to you in a unique way.
VAL offers a deeply innersive process and she is not interested in conveying knowedge although she conveys some. She is more committed to helping you connect with you..
On this day take 10 to 20 minutes to view videos by VAL for each Lesson as she takes the principles you got from CAL and connects them to your nique inner experience.
Listen to the full video all the way though once.
Skim through again to find parts that resonate with you most.
Take critical notes in your notebook on a leddon by lesson basis.
Ask Val any questions you might have about a particular lesson.
Be prepared to share questons and insights at the live session.

Wednesday - LIVE
This the day for our live session. In this session you will work with the program leader to dig deeper into yourself that you could ever do on your own.
Bu that only happens on the conditiion tthat you have followed the proces and done the preprqtion work on Monday with CAL and on Tuesday with VAL
There are a number of options avapilable for working with the program components and support elements. We all learn in different ways, we have different needs, diferent challenges, and different projects we want to accomplish. You can choose from these five different options in approaching this work.

This is the day when will do your Exercises with SAL who will work with you to facilitate your completion of each exercise you arrive at your blindspot and core value componsnts.

The intention underlying this exercise is to give you a drect access to your own unique blindspot or core value components. Once yu achieve this leve of self-awareness you will begin to see these components in action and get them to work together,

This is the day when you can come to an Office Hours session and get greater technical clarity the Tool, Training, Team, and Technology.
Your machinery will work to keep you confused and therefore doubful about your transformation process.
Friday is a great day to review your work for the week with HAL as coach, especially what you have accomplish so far in your Bindspot Discovery and Core Values Recovery process. Here are five key questions to cobnsider.
Did you view the Lesson Video and do the Lesson Exercise?
Did you come prepared to contribute to the live session?
What have you noticed this week in how you've changed?
What impact on others have the changes within you caused?
How much can you now see the arc of your process unfolding?
Get deep immersion into your process
Weekend - TAL
Set aside somr time separate from family and friends to listern to TAL read a chapter of the Blindspot Discovery Book related to your lesson.
TAL will take you through an in-depth immersion into the challenges associated with Blindspot Components you are working with at the time.
It is good to plan out your fulfillmrnt tim do that you continue to experience the joy of this challenging process. It will aslo be a great time to immerse yourself in a chapter or so of the book so your looking forward becomes more clear. Here are some things to consider
