The Courses we offer happen on a weekly or every other week basis. Participants have the option of Private Facilitation weekly or every other week as well. But the real glue of our programs is the Self-Study Component.

On-Line Self-Study Application

Our Courses are delivered via the application. It is called Keepadz.com. It not only serves as a delivery mechanism and a support mechanism for Private Facilitation, it also gives each participant access to the courses on a daily basis. This way work is being done everyday of the duration of a course. Each section of a Course contains three Lessons which have seven components. These include an Overview, Five Steps, and a Review.

Self-Directed On-Line Study

Each of these seven steps offers a Preparation Questionnaire that will prepare the Participant for the process, There is a complete Text and Video of the Lesson that is reflective of what occurred in the Group Session and reaffirmed in any Private Sessions. There are Composition Worksheets, a Review Quiz, an Assignment, and a Completion Survey for each lesson. Every action taken by the Participant shows up on a Progress Board for each of the Sections of a Course. nothing is left to chance.

Collaborative On-Line Learning

Another option that comes with every course is on-line collaboration with each step of each lesson. In the collaborative mode every action taken by the Participant triggers an e-mail to their on-line Facilitator. Every action taken by the Facilitator triggers an e-mail back to the Participant so they can work in sync with each other all on-line. Combined with Private Live-On-Line Facilitation and live-On-Line Group Participation makes for a power house program. This approach eliminates the proverbial gaps between sessions where a lot of the learning can get lost and assignments don’t get completed.
