The Private Coach does not have a stake in the game and is working for the individual regardless of who is paying for the service. With this added advantage both players on a team or independent agents have a foundation for their skill development and growth that is unique to them.

The Private Coach can facilitate the building of relationships by indirectly guiding individuals in the direction of what will work for them and others including management.
